Wekfest, the ultimate car show on the west coast. I can confidently say that there is no show like it on the east coast. The venue, the cars, the models, and the people are what makes this show. I’ve always seen west coast cars in magazines and videos but never realized it was to this magnitude. When my buddy Jay aka PGKjay invited me to fly to Cali to attend the show, it was a no brainer for me. I had already passed up my chance to go out to Vegas for SEMA, so Wekfest was redemption for me. Alright, it's that time again...time for me to show you the money pit we call Project: Scrap Metal. A lot has happened since we last talked, Whitney died, Valentines day, and someone is running for president. But really none of that crap matters (just kidding babe!). All that matters is that drift season is almost upon us and project scrap metal is well... still looking like scrap metal. But it's getting better everyday. So recently, the GarageZero guys have befriended me (since AE-86 owners are automatically best friends for life) and they invited me to stop by the shop on their Saturday off.. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the most famous Atlanta area cars and there owners had come to hang as well. GarageZero asked me to take a couple of stills so I broke out the camera and grabbed the photos below.
